All personal information that you submit via our contact forms is sent to us via email. We store information on our systems and servers at our registered offices in Wiltshire, UK for as long as is necessary to carry out the provision of our services.

We may collect and store supplementary account data (name, email, job title, company details, company VAT registration details) for the purposes of providing our services and may retain this information long-term for accounting and tax reasons.

Our website is hosted on servers in the United Kingdom. The hosting company is on the EU-US Privacy Shield list and complies with GDPR requirements.

Names and email addresses submitted in order to receive our email newsletters are passed directly to our email marketing system, which is managed by our UK based marketing partner who is GDPR compliant, and hosted by a 3rd party email marketing partner based in the US who complies with the US-EU agreement, Privacy Shield.
